what wine does he serve and is it by the bottle or by the glass? This looks like a place I'd like to visit and spend a few hours.
It is a little too easy to spend some time there. He has a changing variety of good stuff from the south of France, interesting Rhones, Grenache, Syrah, that sort of thing.
